Breakfast Pancakes

If you like to start your day with a boost of serotonin, good mood and amazing energy to keep you active throughout the day, then this recipe is more then perfect for you.

All you need for the amazing start of the day is 20 minutes and following ingredients:

• 2 cups all purpose flour

• 1 tsp baking powder

• 1 tsp salt

• 3 tsp sugar (brown or white, whatever you prefer)

• 2 large eggs

• 1 tbsp oil or butter

• 2 cups milk (almond vanilla milk)

• 1 tsp vanilla extract

STEP BY STEP preparation

In a large bowl mix together dry ingredients, then add milk, eggs, oil and vanilla extract.

Preheat pan on medium low temperature and add one ladle of mixture.

Wait until all the bubbles poop and turn around your pancake. Wait another 40 seconds and pancake is ready.

TOPPINGS

1 Organic Banana ( cut on slim slices)

Organic Blueberries ( handful)

Maple syrup or Organic Honey ( how much you desire)

Almond Flakes ( 40 grams per portion)
