Morning Madness

Breakfast is enjoyed in a wide variety of ways around the world.

In many places in Europe cold meats and cheese are enjoyed for breakfast; In UK and Australia are popular spreads for toast.

It’s always good to have an excuse to indulge in something that you love – especially if it’s delicious!

Let’s combine all together ( whole world in a plate) and make one whole meal. Morning madness is heavy, full of carbs, rich in sodium and fiber, and will give you more then enough energy to do most out of your day!

Just follow these few steps and you are just 20 minutes away from perfect Morning Madness!

INGREDIENTS:

– 2 eggs

– 2 smoked grilled pork sausages

– 3 potatoes

– feta cheese

– 1 pickled hot pepper

– 2 pieces of multigrain bread ( toasted )

STEP BY STEP PREPARATION:

Diced your tomatoes on small cubes and soak them in water for 5minutes. After 5 minutes, our potatoes in water and boil them for 10 minutes on medium heat.

Put olive oil on your cooking pan and fry your eggs.

Remove fried eggs from a pan, add your cooked potatoes and sausage and fry for another 8-10 minutes.

Season potatoes with salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, oregano, garlic and onion powder.

Place eggs, potatoes and sausage on the plate. Season everything with feta crumble cheese and diced pickled hot peppers.

Toast bread and spread unsalted butter on it.

Enjoy at delicious meal together with nice hot cup of green tea to balance everything.

Banana Cooked Oatmeal

Oats are among the healthiest grains on earth. They’re a gluten-free whole grain and a great source of important vitamins, minerals, fiber and antioxidants.

Studies show that oats and oatmeal have many health benefits. These include weight loss, lower blood sugar levels and a reduced risk of heart disease.

You are just 5 minutes away from the most nutritious meal that will keep you healthy and full until lunch time.

Ingredients:

80gr oats

• 1 organic banana (mashed)

200ml oat almond milk

• pinch of salt

• 1 tsp organic honey

chia seeds

• 1 tsp creamy peanut butter and/or almond butter

almond flakes

• any other fruit you desire you can top up with ; (my recommendation: blueberry, strawberries, raspberries or any other berry.)

STEP BY STEP PREPARATION

In a pot put together oats, mashed banana, milk and pinch of salt.

Simmer for 2 minutes on medium low temperature and stir constantly.

Put your ready oatmeal in small size bowl and add chia seeds, fruit of choice, dazzle peanut butter and sprinkle with honey and almond flakes.

Classic Avocado Toast

Let’s break down the “science” about €10 millennials superfood, the one and only avocado toast!

The easiest and the most simple breakfast that anyone can make in the comfort of their own kitchen, in less than 10 minutes.

If you are a stranger to avocado toast, you’ve been missing out and we must remedy this situation immediately.

Just follow these simple few steps and make your day better!

Ingredients:

• 1 Avocado

• 1 piece of thick-sliced whole grain bread

• 1 tsp fresh squeezed lime juice

• pinch of kosher salt

• pinch of black pepper

• pinch of red chili flakes

• 1 tsp olive oil

• organic honey

STEP BY STEP PREPARATION:

Mash avocado in the small bowl and add fresh squeezed lime juice.

Toast the bread from both sides on a high temperature, for about 30 seconds on each side.

Spread mashed avocado on toast and add salt, black pepper, chili flakes.

Sprinkle the olive oil on top of the toast and dazzled with honey.

Enjoy at this amazing and super healthy breakfast!

Breakfast Pancakes

If you like to start your day with a boost of serotonin, good mood and amazing energy to keep you active throughout the day, then this recipe is more then perfect for you.

All you need for the amazing start of the day is 20 minutes and following ingredients:

• 2 cups all purpose flour

• 1 tsp baking powder

• 1 tsp salt

• 3 tsp sugar (brown or white, whatever you prefer)

• 2 large eggs

• 1 tbsp oil or butter

• 2 cups milk (almond vanilla milk)

• 1 tsp vanilla extract

STEP BY STEP preparation

In a large bowl mix together dry ingredients, then add milk, eggs, oil and vanilla extract.

Preheat pan on medium low temperature and add one ladle of mixture.

Wait until all the bubbles poop and turn around your pancake. Wait another 40 seconds and pancake is ready.

TOPPINGS

1 Organic Banana ( cut on slim slices)

Organic Blueberries ( handful)

Maple syrup or Organic Honey ( how much you desire)

Almond Flakes ( 40 grams per portion)
